Kyle Simmons received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center and has been practicing law in Harris and neighboring counties for over 10 years.  In that time, Mr. Simmons has representing hundreds of family law clients in all types of matters, including divorce, adoption, custody and modification cases.  He interned with the Harris County District Attorney's Office while attending law school, where he was assigned to a felony court, and has represented clients accused of both misdemeanor and felony offenses.  Mr. Simmons suggests everyone have a Will, and therefore prepares Last Wills and other estate planning documents at very affordable prices.  Representation is also provided for clients injured by the negligent or intentional acts of others, including auto accidents as well as serious injuries sustained on others' properties such as apartments, hotels and parking lots.  Other types of cases handled include contractual disputes, unpaid overtime and probate matters.
